Orders and payment

Please provide accurate contact, billing and delivery information and use a payment method you are authorised to use. Review the items, sizes, currency, delivery charges and total before placing your order. An order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your request; acceptance occurs when we confirm dispatch. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will notify you and refund any payment for the unfulfilled items. We will not substitute goods or charge a higher price without your agreement.

Products and prices

Product descriptions, available sizes and prices are shown on the product pages. Screen settings may affect how colours appear, but your rights to goods matching their description remain unaffected. The checkout identifies the payment currency and the taxes and delivery charges collected by us. If a material pricing or description error affects an order, we will contact you to resolve it rather than changing the agreed terms without your consent.

Shipping and returns

Please read our Shipping policy and Return and refund policy for destinations, charges, estimates and cancellation procedures. Statutory cancellation rights and remedies for faulty or misdescribed goods apply regardless of our voluntary return window.

Use of the store

You must not use the store for fraud, unlawful activity, unauthorised access or interference with its operation. Website text, branding and images may be protected by intellectual-property rights. Browsing and using the store for your own shopping does not transfer ownership of that content.

Our Privacy policy explains how personal information is handled. Please avoid sending payment-card details or passwords by email.

Consumer rights and responsibility

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including applicable rights to delivery, cancellation, refunds and remedies for faulty goods. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence remain available to you. Changes

We may update these terms for future purchases. The terms in effect when you place an order apply to that order, except where a change is required by law or agreed with you.
