Where is my order?
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your package.
How to track your package
- Find the shipping confirmation email from Lazotree. Check your spam folder if you can't see it.
- Click the tracking link in the email, or copy your tracking number.
- Follow your package all the way to your door.
If you have an account, you can also see the status of your orders by logging in to your account.
