Shipping destinations

Lazotree ships to the United States, the United Kingdom and European destinations available at checkout. If your address is not accepted at checkout, please contact zydshop6@gmail.com before ordering.

Shipping charges

Standard shipping is free for orders over US$100. Orders of US$100 or less have a standard shipping charge of US$5.99. The threshold is based on the merchandise subtotal after discounts, excluding taxes and shipping. For checkout in another currency, the equivalent amount is shown at checkout.

Processing and delivery

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated transit time is 7–15 business days after dispatch. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates; customs or carrier delays may extend delivery.

International charges

Taxes and any duties collected by Lazotree are shown at checkout. International shipments may incur import duties, taxes or carrier clearance charges not collected at checkout; where applicable, these are payable by the recipient. Free shipping does not include such charges.

Delivery assistance

Check your delivery address carefully. Contact us promptly if an address needs correcting or an order is delayed, missing or damaged. We will investigate delivery problems and provide any remedy required by applicable law. An estimated delivery date does not limit your statutory rights.
